Job Description
Morguard is hiring an HVAC or EPA certified Apartment Service Technician to resolve work orders, complete preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day onsite operations. The technician will work full-time, Sunday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an hour off for lunch.
Requirements
HVAC or EPA Certified Maintenance Technician
Previous experience on a mid-rise apartment community
Valid Driver's License
High school graduate; technical school preferred but not required
Good communicator and listener with strong customer service skills
