What You Will Do
Respond to maintenance service requests, perform routine preventative maintenance, prepare apartments for new residents, and inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write in English
- Strong organizational skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, work in various weather conditions, and climb ladders or stairs
