Role OverviewThe API Customer Experience Professional will oversee the client onboarding journey, ensuring that business clients can easily identify the preferred solution and integrate their application seamlessly with U.S. Bank. This role will define workflows undertaken during execution, create training materials, and drive system enhancements to improve operating efficiency.
What You Will Do
The API Customer Experience Professional will assist in setting up customer access to API products, provide technical assistance in customer-facing environments, track and monitor customer requests through completion, and support Bank customers with API Product integration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and Security
- 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Computer Systems Engineer, API Developer, or related
- 5 years of experience with designing and implementing RESTFUL Web Services using JSON and XML formats
- 5 years of experience with designing and developing enterprise services using RAML and REST based API's
- Experience with transformers, exception handling, testing and security of Mule ESB endpoint through OAuth
- Experience with API proxies, client application setups and key configurations
- Experience with debugging Swagger documentation for the new and existing API products
- Customer-facing support or experience working with APIs from either a technical standpoint
- Experience using REACT.js, Python, Node.js, or C#
- Experience working with logs and analyzing http status codes via logging tools such as Kibana or Splunk
- Experience documenting and utilizing ticketing systems such as JIRA, Zendesk, or Service-Now
- Experience using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Experience utilizing ITSM and AGILE methodologies, API, APIGEE, Windows 10, SOAP, and REST
