Job Description
This position is a dynamic role combining administrative tasks, programing development, and direct services in a domestic violence shelter setting. The Program Coordinator will support in developing program structures and practice, providing individual and group counseling, case management, and referrals. The role is expected to help the program reach statistical benchmarks of 60 participants served in groups and 40 participants for case management services.

Requirements

  • Facilitate weekly therapeutic groups
  • Provide case management support
  • Support with managing evaluation, reporting, and compliance
  • Provide individual counseling
  • Engage in community outreach and recruitment
  • Help develop training seminars
  • Function independently in crisis situations
