Job Description
Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks an appellate attorney to identify appellate issues and procedural approaches, prepare legal arguments and appellate briefs, and collaborate with trial attorneys to preserve issues for appeal and develop litigation and appellate strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
  • Must have excellent legal research skills and exceptional legal writing skills
  • Experience as an appellate attorney or as a post-graduate judicial law clerk preferred
