Job Description
Join our Premier Property Management Team to create a better living by diagnosing and repairing in-unit appliances across our apartment communities. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for identifying issues, researching solutions, and completing high-quality repairs safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing household appliances
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and company insurability
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical components, control boards, and mechanical systems
  • Basic technology skills (mobile devices, work order systems, email, etc.)
  • Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication
