Job Description
United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking an Application Administrator to provide elite client service, ensure proper tool utilization, and help clients become more efficient. The role involves configuration of work tracking applications, providing user support, consulting internal teams, analyzing performance, and maintaining application security. Requirements

  • Computer-related degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a power user of Jira and Confluence
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT organization in a large -scale Agile setting
  • 2+ years of experience administering and expert knowledge of your application(s) (Jira, Confluence, TFS, Service-Now, Jenkins, Octopus, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
