Job Description
Primary responsibility is to provide system administration and support for Citadel’s banking applications, including Core Banking, CRM, Document Management, and Robotic Process Automation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing Enterprise Applications
  • Experience working in the financial industry, specifically credit union and Jack Henry banking technology
  • Proficiency with OpCon Job/task scheduler, Robotic Process Automation, Symitar, Jack Henry banking applications, and Terafina Account Opening
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Application Architecture
