Requirements

  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject‐matter experts to gather and document requirements for automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Perform process analysis to assess current‐state workflows and identify opportunities for future‐state automation and efficiency
  • Develop detailed documentation, including as‐is procedures, future‐state process flows, and automation designs
  • Support monitoring of production automation processes on a scheduled basis and serve as backup support as needed
  • Acquire and maintain working knowledge of related banking systems and applications
  • Ensure documentation and analysis outputs are clear, accurate, and usable by technical and business teams
