Job Description
The Application Analyst I position at UT Southwestern is an entry-level role that supports Epic resolute hospital Billing and related modules, focusing on designing, building, implementing, and supporting workflows. The analyst will play a key role in supporting Epic, providing workflow assistance, troubleshooting, and support for mission-critical HSIR systems. Responsibilities include providing on-call after-hours support, developing and maintaining competency on pertinent applications, and participating in system maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science or other field
  • Health Information Technology (HIT) certification upon hire
  • Previous exposure to healthcare and/or electronic records is desired
