Job Description
We're looking for an Application Architect to work 100% remotely for our premier client in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile/Scrum environments, SQL Server, and low-code platforms. They will assist Business Analysts with requirements gathering, system design, and implementation using Mendix. The successful candidate will also participate in design sessions, contribute to the enhancement of operational systems, and develop and document future-state business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience developing, testing, and deploying applications in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience working as part of a Scrum team (developers, BAs, testers, product owners)
  • Experience with SQL Server querying, reporting, and diagnostics
  • Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms, with Mendix strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with JIRA for backlog management, defect tracking, and sprint planning
  • Understanding of PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards
  • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
