Role Overview

As an Application Developer Co-op, you will develop and maintain business, manufacturing, and engineering application programs and systems that enable the company's business processes. You will be responsible for performing functions of both systems analysis and programming and will be capable of performing these activities in multiple IT operating environments.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for developing and supporting software applications in your assigned area of responsibility, including systems analysis, design, documentation, programming, testing, implementation, user training, and continuing support of all application systems used in your area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or Computer Science
  • 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
  • Ability to understand business requirement documents and develop systems that meet the business needs
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Must be knowledgeable in PC hardware and software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload
  • Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones
  • Ability to multi-task technical fast
  • Ability to work effectively with multi-culture and multi-language environment
