Role OverviewThe Application Engineering Section Manager will lead the Application Engineering team in executing sales strategies, proposal development, customer support, and project transitions. The role requires overseeing technical sales support activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring customer requirements are translated into successful business outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Application Engineering Section Manager will direct the Application Engineering Section to execute CPSD sales strategies and achieve divisional sales plan objectives. The role also involves managing Application Engineering personnel, ensuring proposal and documentation accuracy, driving performance metrics, managing customer order execution, supporting sales analysis and forecasting, collaborating with Supply Chain, and providing technical leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical sales
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience
- Advanced knowledge of UPS systems and/or other power quality-related products
- Advanced knowledge of technical sales methodologies and commercial negotiations
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and engineering documentation
