Job Description
Application Support Analyst III position at Jack Henry, responsible for analyzing customer's existing products/processes, setting up Episys core banking software, providing training and support, and traveling up to 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of Credit Union experience in the front/back office
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (nice to have)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Episys front and/or back-office experience (nice to have)
  • Developing professional expertise
  • Ability to analyze/convert customer information and processes for setup in JH system
  • Ability to train customers to use JH software
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel and communicate complex information in user-friendly terms
