Job Description
This role is the primary technical expert for the enterprise timekeeping and scheduling system, responsible for managing data configurations, and ensuring compliance with pay policies in coordination with HR and Payroll.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a Health Care related field.
Strong skills in auditing data integrity and generating reports;
Ability to collaborate effectively with both IT teams and stakeholders in departments across the organization.
Proven experience in configuring time and attendance software (e.g., Pay rules, overtime rules, scheduling, shift patterns).
