Job Description
We are seeking an Applications Analyst to join our Enterprise Payment Solutions organization. The role is responsible for managing a high volume of tasks, performing software installation services, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution, fintech or within a technical helpdesk setting
Ability to work an on call rotation
Skilled at exercising good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Ability to navigate through different software platforms
Embraces change to support business needs with a professional and positive attitude
Willingness to work the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm central standard time
