Role OverviewThe Applications Analyst works with team members to identify problems with software applications and processes and serves as a change agent for the business units. This position also works with vendors to identify service level agreements (where needed). The role delivers increasing levels of stability, performance, and scalability while improving the overall user experience throughout the application lifespan.
What You Will Do
Work with team members to identify problems with software applications and process and serves as a change agent to the business units. Provides daily operational support to team members, listens for opportunities to make the credit union more efficient, and collaborates with team members on process improvement.

Requirements
