Job Description
The Applications Engineer provides solution-oriented technical and commercial support to customers, including installation and training of Renishaw machine tool products, developing application solutions, and providing technical support for sales and marketing. The role requires extensive travel throughout the U.S. and occasional international travel.

Requirements

  • Installation of Renishaw Machine Tool Products on CNC machines
  • Develop hardware/software solutions based on customer requirements
  • Generate and install software for Renishaw products
  • Conduct training on Renishaw Machine Tool Products at customer sites
  • Conduct product training for Renishaw staff
  • Provide technical support for sales and marketing
  • Work closely with UK product development team
  • Assist with introduction of new products
  • Setup and attend trade shows
