Applications Engineer, Robotics

As an Application Engineer, you play a critical role in supporting the deployment, integration, and optimization of Tennant’s Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) and Connected Services solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, sales teams, autonomy partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and performance of our advanced technologies across global markets. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends technical expertise with solution-oriented thinking to drive adoption and satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Provide technical support for robotic solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Autonomy Partner(s), Sales and Product Management to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for customers and internal teams on AMR operation.
