Job Description
The Applications Engineering Intern will work alongside engineers to build valuable career experience, assisting with Applications Engineering projects to drive innovation and sales. The role involves performing vessel inspections, collecting and analyzing data, creating documentation, and using 3D scanning technology.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years related technical or engineering education, preferably in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of marine systems and boat manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD (Rhino or SolidWorks)
  • Relevant Engineering Internships preferred
  • Must be available for domestic travel
  • Must be aligned with the values of the company including a results-oriented mindset, collaborative attitude, and integrity
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and have superior customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
