Job Description
Catalyst Labs is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to help architect the foundation of next-generation Mind Architecture. The ideal candidate has 4-6+ years of experience in AI or ML engineering, with expertise in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and graph databases. The role involves designing and evolving graph-based architecture, developing novel embeddings and contextual retrieval methods, and pushing the performance of frontier LLMs.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in AI or ML engineering
  • Expertise in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and graph databases
  • Strong Python expertise, including asynchronous programming, event loop optimization, and performance tuning
