Job Description
Catalyst Labs is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to help architect the foundation of next-generation Mind Architecture. The role will involve designing graph-based architecture, developing novel embeddings and contextual retrieval methods, and pushing the performance of frontier LLMs. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of experience in AI or ML engineering, with a proven track record of building and deploying ML-powered systems.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in AI or ML engineering
  • Strong Python expertise
  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context engineering, and LLM eval frameworks
  • Deep practical understanding of how LLMs reason
