Job Description
Catalyst Labs is a talent agency specializing in Applied AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science. We're seeking an Applied AI Engineer to help architect next-generation Mind Architecture, the system powering digital minds. You'll work on knowledge graph & mind architecture, RAG & context innovation, applied AI & performance, systems & product integration, and evals & personalization.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in AI or ML engineering, with at least 12 hands-on with LLMs in production
  • Strong Python expertise, including asynchronous programming, event loop optimization, and performance tuning
  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context engineering, and LLM eval frameworks
