Job Description

The company is looking for an AI Engineer to build capabilities that transform real-world inputs into differentiated insights and structured workflows for frontline manufacturing teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years shipping production software with significant experience deploying AI/ML systems
  • Deep understanding of the transformer architecture and modern LLM techniques
  • Production experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch preferred)
  • Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs in production environments
  • A builder's mindset, strong product intuition, and customer empathy
