The Applied Welding Technology Instructor will help students achieve their aspirations in the welding field by integrating real-world scenarios and applications. The instructor will provide hands-on training and enrichment opportunities to prepare students for successful careers in the industry.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or willingness to obtain
  • Oklahoma Teaching Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • STEAM card certification
  • Minimum three years of related work experience
  • Background in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and/or oxy-fuel cutting
  • Familiarity with pedagogy and the training and development of others
