Job Description
Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a BDC Service Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences, manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails, and help redefine the car-buying experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to receive a high amount of inbound calls
  • Excellent customer service skills and motivation to be successful
  • Advanced computer & phone skills
  • Minimum typing 35-40 words per minute at minimum
  • Prior retail, sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or sales BDC experience preferred
