Job Description
The Appointments Manager will manage scheduling and logistics for interviews and selection meetings, draft briefing materials, reports, and communications, and provide administrative and logistical support to the Appointments Director and broader team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work independently on projects with broadly defined goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking ability
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion and maintain the security of confidential documentation
