Job Description
This position involves the valuation of commercial real estate for ad valorem purposes through the application of standard appraisal techniques, including sales comparison, income, and cost approaches.
Requirements
Must have three (3) years of assessment experience
Must hold a bachelor's degree in business or a comparable discipline or field from an accredited institution
State-Certified General Real Estate Appraisers and/or designated as Certified Florida Evaluators(CFE) by the DOR is preferred
