Job Description
The Apprentice Recovery Pastor serves in a developmental role under the direct supervision of the Recovery Pastor, providing hands-on ministry training and leadership experience. This role assists with the spiritual, pastoral, and operational needs of a Hope Center campus.

Requirements

  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and evidence of spiritual maturity
  • Strong biblical foundation and willingness to learn biblical counseling methods
  • Effective communicator and relational with residents, families, and staff
  • Organized and teachable with a servant-hearted attitude
  • Previous ministry, volunteer, or leadership experience preferred but not required
