Job Description
Apprentice Technician I role involves learning through classes and hands-on training to perform routine mechanical repairs on construction equipment. The primary function of this position is for Registered SkillBridge participants only.

Requirements

  • Learn safety practices and utilize various types of shop equipment and tooling
  • Understand basic business concepts associated with the service department
  • Perform routine repairs on construction equipment
  • Use hand & power tools to remove, install, replace, re-build, repair, & test
  • Assist other GPEC technicians with larger equipment repairs
