Job Description
Western States Equipment is seeking a full-time Apprentice Truck Technician to join their team. The role involves basic maintenance and truck chassis, drivetrain, and engine repair under the supervision of a Journeyman or Master level Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing various engine and truck systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Associates degree in diesel technology or trade school diploma
  • One-year minimum experience in diagnosis, repair, disassembly, and assembly of on-highway trucks and engines
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Appropriate technician level tooling required
  • Ability to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English)
