Provide leadership in the aquatic department, ensure safety and cleanliness, develop relationships with members, supervise staff, and complete maintenance tasks.

Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field
- Current ARC Lifeguard/Water Park, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer, First Aide or Administering Emergency Oxygen certification
- Strong leadership skills and passion for member service
