Job Description
The Aquatics Director is responsible for the administration and direction of all aquatic programming, including summer day camp, group rentals, and special events. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing high-quality programs and staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Physical Education or related field preferred
  • Five years' experience implementing and managing high-quality and large-volume programs
  • Three years' experience in a supervisory role with skills in recruiting, training, and staff management
  • Current CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, Lifeguard, Standard First Aid, and O2 administration certifications
