AR/AP Manager

The AR/AP Manager leads accounts payable and accounts receivable operations across multiple legal entities and currencies. This hands-on manager is responsible for team performance, transaction accuracy, payment execution, collections, reconciliations, internal controls, and a rolling 13-week cash forecast.

What You Will Do

The AR/AP Manager will be responsible for leading the accounts payable and accounts receivable team, overseeing end-to-end invoice processing, preparing payment-run proposals, executing approved payments, maintaining accurate vendor master data, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining strong AP controls.
