Role Overview

The AR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization through accurate reporting, analysis, and reconciliation activities. This role works closely with the accounting team to prepare financial statements, monitor transactions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

What You Will Do

Prepares, reviews, and analyzes monthly financial statements and reports. Performs account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data. Supports the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
