Job Description
Support the Accounts Receivable functions by monitoring performance, assisting with issue resolution, and interacting with offshore BPO and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 4+ years of experience preferred.
  • Team supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and AR automation tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
