Job Description
The Arcade Team Captain works with internal and external guests, leads team members, and handles guest issues in a confident and professional manner, while also being knowledgeable of all games and systems.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure during peak times and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to grasp, bend, stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 25 lbs, lift and/or carry.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Must have honesty and Integrity.
