Job Description
NYCHA's Architecture & Engineering Services (AES) Department is seeking an Architect to provide design services and oversight of architecture and engineering firms for capital projects and other strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will perform architectural tasks, including complex research, drawings, specifications, and contract management.

Requirements

  • Valid New York State Registration as an Architect
  • At least one year of experience as a major contributor or project leader on a complex project requiring additional expertise in the disciplines needed to design or construct the project
  • Permanent civil service status in the title of Architect
