Job Description
Role Overview

The Architect will work with the Charleston, SC team to support advanced manufacturing and federal project types. This role provides architectural guidance, design development, and production support across a range of project delivery methods, working closely with senior staff and project teams from concept through construction administration. This role can be worked on a hybrid basis from any of our East Coast offices.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include initiating and developing design and construction document drawings through completion for assigned projects, providing architectural guidance, calculations, specifications, analysis, studies, and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline, and performing construction administration activities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and Revit, architectural registration (RA), and experience on federal projects with knowledge of the UFC and UFGS. They will also have effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks accurately, effectively, and confidently.

Requirements

  • Degree from a NAAB accredited program
  • Six (6) years of relevant experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
  • Architectural registration (RA)
  • Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be a United States Citizen
