Job Description
Role Overview

This role provides architectural guidance, design development, and production support across a range of project delivery methods, working closely with senior staff and project teams from concept through construction administration. The position is responsible for initiating and developing design and construction document drawings through completion for assigned projects, in conformance with the requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by the project's discipline leaders.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include providing architectural guidance, calculations, specifications, analysis, studies, and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project. The role may also involve managing various size groups of architects, designers, and/or specialists, and performing construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and Revit, and will be able to independently determine and develop approach to solutions under general direction. The role requires effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks accurately, effectively, and confidently.

Requirements

  • Degree from a NAAB accredited program
  • Six (6) years of relevant experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
  • Architectural registration (RA)
  • Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be a United States Citizen
