Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Architect/Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensure design excellence, and oversee the successful delivery of architectural projects from concept through completion.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest design and technical standards, review and approve design work, drawings, and specifications, and supervise and mentor team members.

Requirements
- Professional degree from an accredited Architectural program
- Architect license
- 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years of experience managing projects and teams
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority
- Competency with digital tools including Bluebeam, REVIT, and MS Office Suite
- Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment
