Role OverviewThe Architect/Technical Lead guides the engineering work of a Sprint Team on the platform, owning technical direction and code quality, mentoring developers, and ensuring solutions align to the program's cloud-native, AI-augmented architecture standards.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day technical leadership and design direction for the Sprint Team, own code quality, code reviews, and engineering best practices, translate architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions, mentor developers, and support their technical growth.
