Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join a collaborative team in their Los Angeles studio. This is a hands-on role at the core of project delivery that owns the drawing set, coordinates the consultant team, and ensures the design vision translates into buildable, permit-ready documents.
What You Will Do
Lead concept development and schematic design across all project types, collaborate on the production of construction document sets, and coordinate across all consultant disciplines.

Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or Interior Architecture
- 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture or architectural interior design
- Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards
- Demonstrated experience contributing to construction document sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of interior architecture (millwork, finish details, RCPs, lighting, and material coordination)
- Single-family residential project experience, ideally custom or luxury homes
