Job Description
Destination Homes is seeking a highly skilled Residential Drafter to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential drafting, efficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a strong understanding of residential construction documents and drawing packages.

Requirements

  • Drafting degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • 3-5 years residential home drafting experience
  • Direct use of and proficiency using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience and understanding with compiling construction documents for residential construction
  • Knowledge of and or experience with compiling residential drawing packages
  • Ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information
  • Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 DOE
  • FLSA exemption: Exempt/Salaried
