Job Description
Destination Homes is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Drafter to join their dynamic group of leaders. The successful candidate will collaborate with the drafting team to maintain the base plan library, assist with new product development, and process documentation for new inventory homes. The position requires proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, as well as experience in residential drafting and compiling construction documents.

Requirements

  • Drafting degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • 3-5 years of residential home drafting experience
  • Direct use of and proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience and understanding of compiling construction documents for residential construction
