Job Description
GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Historian Manager 1 to work in their Pittsburgh (Homestead), PA office, with the option for remote or hybrid work. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting archival research, architectural and historical resource surveys, and preparing reports. The position requires a Master's Degree in History, Architectural History, or a related field, and 12+ years of experience.
Requirements
Master's Degree in History, Architectural History, Historic Preservation, or a related discipline
12+ years of experience in conducting archival research, architectural and historical resource surveys
Experience with energy, renewable energy, and transportation projects
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and agency guidelines
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience using Esri software, including Field Maps and Survey123
