Job Description
Homebound is seeking an Architecture Associate to manage architectural partners and consultants, coordinate design development, and ensure quality and documentation standards. The role will drive architectural plan development and support exterior architectural character, materials, and design palettes.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of architectural experience
  • Background aligned with a Project Architect or Architectural Project Manager role
  • Experience working on single-family residential projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and/or Bluebeam
  • Understanding of residential construction systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
