Role OverviewLead the development of design criteria for procurement and oversee design implementation during Design-Build for a new IDA program. Manage a team of architects and designers, coordinating activities of the unit. Work on a $90-96M design-build contract for flood mitigation strategies, electrification of heating and hot water systems, and plumbing-related repairs.
What You Will Do
Perform management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities. Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate technical assignments. Plan and develop engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems.

Requirements
- BA/BS + 8 years or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Licensed Architect in NY
- Worked as a lead architect on similar large complex projects in NYC
