Role OverviewLead the development of design criteria for procurement and oversee design implementation during Design-Build for a new IDA program. Manage a team of architects and designers, coordinating activities of the unit. Work on a large complex project in NYC, addressing flood mitigation strategies and implementing heat pump technologies.

Perform management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a technical group or department. Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate technical assignments. Plan and develop engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems.
