Role OverviewThe Area Business Group Manager will lead and grow the Building Engineering Services Business Group in the Arizona/New Mexico Area. The role involves shaping the future of multidisciplinary design, leading high-performing design teams, and fostering a strong team culture. The manager will work in partnership with the Arizona/New Mexico Area Operations Manager and the BES Regional Business Group Director to coordinate business practices and project delivery services.

Requirements
- Professional or engineering registration
